Attorney Elizabeth “Libby” Nelson’s journey to immigration law has been guided by both her personal values and professional experiences. Born and raised in Logansport, Indiana, Libby is proud to return home and serve her community in a meaningful, personal way.

“I believe everyone deserves a fair chance,” she says. “Too often, people get overlooked, and I want to help change that.”

Libby began her education at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and earned her law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. She started her career in workers’ compensation defense in Florida, where she discovered her passion for advocating for those whose voices aren’t always heard.

Returning to Indiana to join Indiana Immigration Attorneys allowed Libby to focus fully on immigration law, a field where she can make a real difference in people’s lives and stand up for those who need it most.
